With 152 fully developed camping spurs, 34 vacation cabins and 12 camphouses, Flint Creek is a terrific place to spend weekends or vacations. Campers can enjoy swimming at their own private beach or just enjoy nature. We always recommend taking a hike down the trails: fragrant with daisies, honeysuckle, roses and red clover. Wild turkey, deer, squirrels, ducks and other waterfowl can often be found along the lakeside. At lunch or dinner, enjoy the picnic area equipped with barbeque grills and spacious tables. For added convenience, Flint Creek also has one private pavilion and two enclosed lodge halls for those extra special occasions.

Wiggins Campground & RV Park is a family-oriented campground offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for everyone. We offer sites for seasonal guests as well as transient single and multi-day campers. There are also pure tenting sites with and without electric options. We offer 30/50 Amp, TV services Wi-Fi, two bathhouses, a laundry facility, playground and wooded area for you to explore to your heart’s content.

With both RV hookups and primitive campsites available, Perk Beach is a great spot for a quick camping trip. Spring and summer guests can enjoy the gorgeous white sandbar on Black Creek that runs through the park and the Stone County pine forests year-round. Both Wiggins and Perkinston are located nearby with delicious barbecue and Southern cuisine always available.

In addition to our paid RV and camping sites, primitive (tent) camping is allowed throughout the De Soto National Forest. Several popular locations are:
